3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

a) Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the creation and publication of an entry in the Baby Gallery at https://www.babysmile24.at/babygalerie/ooeg-salzkammergut-klinikum-bad-ischl. This includes:

• Child’s first name
• Date of birth
• Optional: Last name, time of birth, weight, height
• Photo of the child

Publication will only take place with the express consent of the data subjects.

b) Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 6).

4. Retention and Deletion Periods

Entries in the Baby Gallery are automatically deleted after 3 years, unless otherwise agreed or the data subject revokes the entry beforehand.

5. Recipients of the Data

Your data is processed and stored exclusively on the servers of our hosting provider, OVH. Data is not disclosed to third parties unless:

• You have expressly consented.
• There is a legal obligation to disclose the data.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about your stored data at any time.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion of a Baby Gallery Entry

You may withdraw your consent to the publication of the Baby Gallery entry at any time. Once you have withdrawn your consent, the entry will be deleted immediately. To do so, please send an email to: datenschutz@babysmile24.at

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All personal data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on secure servers.
